Manual Contouring

The manual contouring tools provided by ProKnow DS are intuitive and easy to use and allow for both prospective and retrospective contouring. The tools for manual contouring are numerous:

• Integrated image display optimization and manipulation (plane navigation, pan, zoom, window/level, color LUT, fused image layers)
• Pen tool with optional contour smoothing
• Paintbrush tool with variable paintbrush size and optional contour smoothing
• Options to edit, add, and erase portions of the contour
• Support for bifurcated structures as well as structures with “holes”
• Interpolation function to fill in empty slices
• Instant update of reconstructions on sagittal and coronal planes
• Convenient editing of structure names and colors
