Notes

The Notes tool allows you to enter any number of typed or pasted comments that contain data not otherwise covered in object labels or descriptions or in the digital files that can be stored and filed using the Documents tool.

Think of the Notes tool as a way to create, view, and store digital sticky notes.

Each note will be displayed with its author as well as an upload timestamp. Notes can be edited and deleted by the author; others with delete permission defined in their Role can also delete notes.
