Important note: If you will be competing as a team of two instead of just yourself, you only need to register one of the two participants. The team partner’s name and email can be entered once the practice system is configured and launched on September 2.

What Happens Next?

The next stage is where it really starts to get interesting, because you will be able to start practicing with the ProKnow DS system to get familiar with the tools and methods you will use during the live event.

All registrants will receive an email on September 2, 2019. This email will contain the following:

1. A link to an informational post that will have a full video walkthrough on how to use the ProKnow DS system for this event, plus a breakdown of the composite scoring rules
2. A passcode that you can use to sign in to start practicing with the system at any time
3. A link to a simple dashboard website that you will use to do the following: start using the system, enter your team partner’s name (if you are competing as a team of two), and monitor your submission status

The practice workspace will be active from September 2 to September 8, allowing ample time to get familiar with the system.

The live championship event will start at 6 a.m. EDT (UTC -04) on September 9 and be active for a period of 24 hours to allow all international time zones to compete at a reasonable time of day.
